             BY   DIVAKAR KUMAR PANDAY. नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 को कैबिनेट की मंज़ूरी मिल गई है. केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक और सूचना प्रसारण मंत्री प्रकाश जावडेकर ने बुधवार को प्रेस वार्ता कर इसकी जानकारी दी. इससे पहले 1986 में शिक्षा नीति लागू की गई थी. 1992 में इस नीति में कुछ संशोधन किए गए थे. यानी 34 साल बाद देश में एक नई शिक्षा नीति लागू की जा रही है. पूर्व इसरो प्रमुख के कस्तूरीरंगन की अध्यक्षता में विशेषज्ञों की एक समिति ने इसका मसौदा तैयार किया था, जिसे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में कैबिनेट ने बुधवार को मंज़ूरी दी. नई शिक्षा नीति में स्कूल शिक्षा से लेकर उच्च शिक्षा तक कई बड़े बदलाव किए गए हैं. नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 की मुख्य बातें नई शिक्षा नीति में पाँचवी क्लास तक मातृभाषा, स्थानीय या क्षेत्रीय भाषा में पढ़ाई का माध्यम रखने की बात कही गई है. इसे क्लास आठ या उससे आगे भी बढ़ाया जा सकता है. विदेशी भाषाओं की पढ़ाई सेकेंडरी लेवल से होगी. हालांकि नई शिक्षा नीति में यह भी कहा गया है कि किसी भी भाषा को थोपा नहीं जाएगा. साल 2030 तक स्कूली शिक्षा में 10

Ever since the introduction of online teaching in Magadh University in mid-April, nearly 2000 e-contents have been uploaded to the university website, says vice chancellor Prof Rajendra Prasad and fresh uploads are being made for the benefit of students. The good thing, according to the VC was that students of other universities too can benefit from the study material available on the MU website. The colleges too have been directed to provide links of their online teaching programmes on their respective websites. “Conceding that online teaching cannot be a substitute to classroom interactions,” the VC said that the university has to adapt itself to the post-covid realities. "Universities were approached to inform the status of the conduct of examination. Response received from 640 universities. Out of these, 454 have either conducted the examination or are planning to conduct. 177 universities are yet to decide on the conduct of examination," UGC said. In case of 27 private  universities , which were established during 2019-20 to till date, the first batch is yet to become eligible for final examination, it said.            BY  DIVAKAR KUMAR PANDAY. विस्तार विश्वविद्यालयों और कॉलेजों में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2020-21 नवंबर से शुरू होगा। मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार शाम को मंत्रालय, यूजीसी समेत अन्य पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक हुई। इसी बैठक में यह फैसला लिया गया है कि जेईई मेन और नीट 2020 परीक्षा का रिजल्ट जारी होने तक दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय समेत देश के सभी विश्वविद्यालयों को अपनी एडमिशन विंडो ओपन रखनी होगी, ताकि कोई भी छात्र उच्च शिक्षा में दाखिले से बंचित न रहे। यूजीसी कमीशन की बैठक के तहत संशोधित गाइडलाइन आने के कारण अब दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय में ओपन बुक एग्जाम 15 अगस्त के बाद होंगे। डीयू प्रशासन को दस जुलाई से शुरू होने वाली परीक्षा एक महीना स्थगित करने को कहा गया है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, केंद्रीय मंत्री ने डीयू ओपन बुक एग्जाम मामले में छात्रों की दिक्कतों पर यूजीसी और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन से विस्तार से रिपोर्ट ली। इसी के तहत केंद्रीय मंत्री ने यूजीसी और दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन को निर्देश दिया है कि 15 अगस्त के बाद परीक्षा आयोजित की जाए। एक
